Shared Room-Double occupancy
If you are interested in sharing a room with another conference attendee, please select Shared Room-Double Occupancy.
Rates shown are per person. All participants who wish to pay separately must reserve separately.
All shared room-double occupancy rooms will have two beds.
Please indicate your intended roommate in the "Roommate/Additional Requests" field on the Guest Information page. Each roommate must request each other to be assigned to the same room. Requested roommate reservation(s) should be placed within 5 business days of each other to facilitate matching. If you do not have a roommate and wish to be paired with another conference attendee, please indicate your gender and desire to be paired with another conference attendee in the "Roommate/Additional Requests". If we are unable to find a roommate, you will be charged the single occupancy rate.
WIRMS 2026 attendees are highly encouraged to book their lodging at Asilomar to fully partake in the collegial and collaborative conference experience. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served in the Asilomar Crocker Dining Room.
